About Susan Asaro
Simply…I love memories, good memories like the one of my daughter when she was a little girl with her nose all wrinkled and her face turning away from me because there were ants near her on the ground. (Now grown up, she still doesn’t like ants and wrinkles her nose.) I remember that moment because I have a picture of her that way in a cute green and white outfit with her tiny little socks and sneakers.
Simply…I believe that life is made up of many ‘one and only moments’ such as that one of my daughters…just a moment in time that was innocent and sweet.
If you also believe in capturing moments and are a lover of memories then I can do this for you too! I can help you remember your darling baby girl’s tiny little toes and curled fingers, your sweet boy’s baby teeth, and the time he tried to hold up three fingers as he’s having a bit of trouble with the third finger to say “I’m 3!” I want you to remember the pretty dress your 7-year-old wore and the adorable way she twirled in it or the 5-year-old superhero in your house who jumped high in the air as if he were flying.
I want your seventeen-year-old daughter to remember the experience of being photographed for her senior session. How that moment made her feel beautiful and that it was unlike any other, making her feel special about being a high school senior with beautiful portraits. As time goes on, that’s what she’ll remember.
For the past twenty years, whether I’m photographing an expectant Mom, a newborn, toddlers, high school seniors or entire families, I take great pride in creating images that are treasured for years to come and strive to provide a comfortable, relaxing, fun experience.
Simply, I consider it an honor and a privilege to photograph your children, your senior, your family. I am excited to work with you!
(And, just in case you're wondering... I continue my education yearly thru workshops and seminars and have earned the designation of Certified Professional Photographer from the Professional Photographers of America. I am an active member and Past President of Professional Photographers of MA and Professional Photographers of Cape Cod.)
